Service Overview
Bin reminder provides automated reminders via SMS, or email to notify subscribers which bin to put out the night before collection. The service is based on local council schedules and subscriber preferences
Subscription and Fees
The service is available on a yearly subscription basis for $ 49 AUD per year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
We’ll send you a reminder before renewal.
User Responsibilities
You must provide accurate address information to ensure reminders are aligned with your local bin schedule.
You are responsible for ensuring your contact details are up to date
You must not use the service for any unlawful or abusive purposes.
Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@binreminder.com.au
Refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods or unused time.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee reminders will be error free or delivered without interruption.
Bin reminder is not liable for any inconvenience , missed bin collections, or losses resulting from missed or incorrect notifications.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. We only collect information necessary to provide the service and do not sell your personal information to third parties.
